The 3D Phonics is a thermoplastic playground marking of twenty coloured shapes shaded to look three-dimensional, each carrying a phonics sound such as ai, ee, igh, oa, oo, ar, or, air, ear, ure, er, ur, ng, ch, sh and th. Each shape measures 0.4m. Children find and sound out the digraphs for KS1 phonics and build words in active games.
