The Phonics is a thermoplastic playground marking of coloured shapes, triangles, circles, squares, pentagons and hexagons, each carrying a letter sound such as er, ur, th, ar, oi, ng, ee, ch and sh. The marking is designed to fit a 3m by 3m area. Children step to or name each sound, supporting early reading and phonics.
