The Sports Trail is a thermoplastic playground marking that links a run of exercise stations into a single circuit, running from a Start marker through Star Jumps, rings, Press Ups, Squats, a ladder, Hop, Lunge and hand and foot spots to a Sprint lane and a chequered Finish. The marking is a 75m fitness trail. Children work through each station in turn, building fitness, strength and coordination.
